Work Detail
Vegetables, Fruits And Nuts – Delivery Of Fruit For Military Unit No. 6021.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Fruit. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Code: 03220000-9 Vegetables, Fruits And Nuts 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annexes No. 1, 1.1., 5 And No. 4 To The Swz, I.E.: Offer Form, Product And Price Specifications, Descriptions Of The Items Of The Order And Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification: The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Because The Subject Of The Order Includes Successive Deliveries Of Fruit, Which Require Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, Uniform Quality Level And Efficient Organization And Coordination Of Order Execution. Dividing The Order Into Parts And Entrusting Their Implementation To Several Contractors Could Make Ongoing Coordination Of Deliveries More Difficult, In Particular In Terms Of Deadlines, Quantity And Quality Of The Delivered Products. In The Event Of Shortages, Delays Or The Need To Replace Products, It Would Be Necessary To Additionally Coordinate Activities Between The Ordering Party And Individual Contractors, Which Could Negatively Affect The Continuity Of Supply. Moreover, Deliveries Carried Out By Different Contractors Could Involve Differences In Quality, Freshness And The Method Of Delivery, Which Would Make It Difficult To Ensure Uniform Standards Required By The Ordering Party. Splitting The Order Could Also Result In Increased Organizational And Logistic Costs, Including: With Handling Several Contracts, Coordinating Many Deliveries And Monitoring Their Correct Implementation. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Acknowledges That The Execution Of The Entire Order By One Contractor Will Ensure More Efficient Organization Of Deliveries, Greater Continuity And Predictability Of Supply And A Uniform Quality Standard Of The Delivered Fruit, And Will Also Help Reduce The Costs And Risks Associated With Coordinating Cooperation With Many Contractors. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer For All Required Items Listed In Annexes No. 1.1. To Swz. 5. In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding A Basic (Guaranteed) Order And Possible Orders Under The Option Right. Information Regarding The Scope Of The Order Covered By The Option Right, Including The Scope, Deadline For Exercising This Right By The Ordering Party And The Rules Under Which It Will Be Done, Are Described In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Option Right Is An Entitlement Of The Ordering Party, Which It May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of These Proceedings. The Ordering Party Shall Not Be Liable For Failure To Address Such A Request To The Contractor, And The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Exercise The Option Right By The Ordering Party. The Circumstances Of Exercising The Option Are Described In § 3 In Annex 4 To The Swz. 6. Whenever In This Tor The Subject Of The Order Is Described With An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor
