This Intellectual Services Contract Concerns The Mission Of Monitoring Animation Of An Opah-Cd Co-Owned Les Grillon 2 – Mas De Mingue District. Taking Into Account The End Of The Previous Agreement Prior To The Start Of Work On The Common Areas Concerning Phases 3, 4 And 5 (Residentialization Of The Building, Energy Improvement) It Was Decided To Implement A New Scheduled Operation For The Improvement Of Degraded Co-Ownership Housing (Opah-Cd.) On The “Les Grillons 2” Co-Ownership. This Is In Order To: Continue The Main Actions Started During The First Opah – Cd; Technically And Financially Monitor The Upcoming Project; Support The Co-Ownership In Its First “Post-Construction” Year In Order To Guarantee Its Financial, Management And Operational Stability; The Contract Being At Mixed Prices, For The Unit Price Part, All Of The Services Provided For In The Bpu Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value Of €65,000.00 Excluding Vat Or €78,000.00 Including Vat All Services For The Fixed Price Part Will Be Remunerated By A Fixed Overall Price Over The Duration Of The Contract As Defined In This Act Of Commitment.
