The Assignment Includes The Technical Elaboration Of The Established Final Design (Do) In A Construction Team And Subsequently The Realization Of The Work. In The Construction Team Phase, The Do Is Developed Into An Execution-Ready Contract File, Including A Raw Specification, Drawings, Implementation Planning, Blvc Plan And Risk File. The Contractors Implementation Knowledge Is Used For, Among Other Things, Feasibility, Phasing, Construction Logistics, Accessibility, Cables And Pipes, Costs And Risks. The Realization Phase Basically Includes The Replacement Of Approximately 2,000 M¹ Of Sewer, Redevelopment Of Approximately 18,000 M² Of Public Space, Climate Adaptation, Greening, Work Near A High-Voltage Route, A Space Reservation For A Future Heating Network And Low-Emission And Circular Work.
