The Client Reserves The Unilateral Right To Extend The Framework Agreement Twice For A Further Year Each Time. The Maximum Contract Term Is Therefore Four Years. The Respective Extension Option Is Exercised In Accordance With The Contractual Regulations. Individual Consulting, Support And Coaching Services Are Commissioned From The Pool Of Trainers As Needed During The Contract Term. The Individual Calls Are Made Without A New Call For Competition. The Selection Of The Respective Framework Contract Partner Is Based On The Objective Criteria Set Out In The Framework Contract And Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical, Content And Methodological Requirements Of The Specific Task. In Particular, The Specific Qualifications, Experience, Thematic Focus And The Availability Of The Framework Contract Partners Are Taken Into Account. This Ensures That The Most Suitable Framework Contract Partner Is Selected For Each Task And That Needs-Based And High-Quality Service Provision Is Guaranteed.
