The Authorized Institution Is Responsible For Compliance With All Contractual Rights And Obligations. However, By Concluding This Framework Agreement, The Respective Clients Do Not Enter Into Any Obligation To Place Further Orders/Call-Offs. Only When Individual Call-Offs/Orders Are Placed Do The Clients Enter Into A Purchase Obligation In The Amount Of The Quantities Requested For The Respective Order/Call-Off. All Pipes And Accessories Are Usually Available Within 10 Working Days After Being Called/Ordered. Partial Deliveries Are Welcome At Any Time. The Contractual Regulations For The Fulfillment Of The Service Are Based On The Advertised Contract And The Vol/B.
