The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Also Include The Creation Of Project Documentation Using The Building Information Modeling (Bim) Method, To The Extent And In A Manner Consistent With The Requirements Arising From Valid And Effective Legislation, In Particular Act No. 330/2025 Coll., On The Management Of Information On Construction And The Built Environment, Including Related Implementing Legislation.
