Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – Direct Award Of A Public Service Contract For Public Passenger Transport Services With Motor Vehicles On Line Bundles 8 And 9 In The Main-Kinzig District. According To Section 5 Paragraph 1 Of The Law On Local Public Transport In Hesse (Öpnvg), The Main-Kinzig District Is Responsible For Local Public Transport (Öpnv). As The Responsible Authority, In Accordance With Section 5 Paragraph 4 Of The Öpnvg, The District Is Also The Responsible Authority Within The Meaning Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 And As Such Is Authorized To Award Public Service Contracts And To Draw Up General Regulations. The District Has Made Use Of The Option Under Section 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Öpnvg And Transferred Its Powers, Including Responsibility Under Section 5 Paragraph 4 Öpnvg, To The Kreisverkehrsgesellschaft Main-Kinzig Mbh (Kvg Main-Kinzig For Short) By Way Of A Loan. As The Responsible Authority (§ 6 Para. 1 Öpnvg In Conjunction With § 8A Para. 1 Sentence 2 Pbefg), The Kvg Main-Kinzig Intends To Award A Public Service Contract (Öda) For Public Passenger Transport Services With Motor Vehicles To Regionalverkehr Main-Kinzig Gmbh (Short: Rvmk), Barbarossastraße 26, 63571 Gelnhausen, Telephone: Available Directly At 06051-84-3290. The Intended Award Relates To Local Public Transport (Öpnv) Passenger Transport Services. S.V. § 8 Pbefg And § 2 Para. 1 Öpnvg. The Öda To Be Awarded Includes All Public Passenger Transport Services In Line Bundles 8 And 9 In The Main-Kinzig District As Described In The Supplementary Document (See 2.1.4. General Information In C.). This Includes Transport Services Using Motor Vehicles, Especially Buses And Cars. This Includes Scheduled And Demand-Based Transport Services And Scheduled Services. These Are Regular Services In Accordance With Section 2 Paragraph 1 No. 3 Pbefg In Conjunction With. V. With §§ 42 – 44 Pbefg. In Total, According To The Current Planning Status At The Start Of Operations, The Passenger Transport Services To Be Awarded Amount To Approximately 1.7 (+ 0.05) Million Scheduled Kilometers Per Year In Regular Services In Accordance With Section 42 Pbefg (Excluding On-Demand Services). The Passenger Transport Services Included At The Start Of Operations And The Service Area Are Described In The “Supplementary Document” (See 2.1.4 General Information Under C.). In Connection With The Provision And Management Of Passenger Transport Services, The Öda Obliges The Operator To Provide The Necessary Vehicles And Infrastructure As Well As The Charging Infrastructure For E-Buses. Also Included Are Sales Tasks And Customer Support In The Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (Rmv). The Öda Should Contain Regulations According To Which The Transport Offer Must Be Adapted To Changing Transport Needs Or Financial Conditions, The Local Transport Plans In The Currently Applicable Version And Other Changing Circumstances Within The Framework Specified In The Öda (E.G. Technical Developments, Environmental And Climate Protection Concerns, Introduction Of Additional Public Transport).
