Delegation Of The Management Of The Public Lighting Service Within The Miercurea Ciuc Municipality For The Management, Administration, Exploitation And Maintenance Activities Of The Public Lighting System And The Realization Of The Festive Ornamental Lighting, For A Period Of 4 Years, With The Possibility Of Extension By A Maximum Of 2 Years. Maintenance Of The Public Lighting System • The Maintenance Of The Public Lighting System Includes The Maintenance Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic Lighting. Architectural Lighting • Maintenance Of The Current Equipment Used For The Architectural Lighting Of Some Objects In The Municipality Of Miercurea Ciuc. Festive Lighting • Realization Of Festive Lighting For The Winter Holidays With Materials From The Stock Of Miercurea Ciuc Municipality. • Providing Electricity On The Occasion Of Holidays And/Or Cultural, Sports, Religious Events, Etc. Organized Or Supported By The Municipality Of Miercurea Ciuc. On The Occasion Of These Events, The Operative Intervention Staff Will Also Be Provided. The Provision Of The Public Lighting Service Will Be Performed In Such A Way As To Achieve: A) The Verification And Continuous Supervision Of The Operation Of The Low-Voltage Electrical Networks, Transformer Stations, Distribution Boxes And Lighting Fixtures; B) Correcting And Adapting The Operating Regime To The Users Requirements; C) Control Of The Quality Of The Service Provided; D) Maintenance Of All Components Of The Public Lighting System; E) Maintaining The Public Lighting System In Working Order At The Designed Parameters; F) The Necessary Measures To Prevent Damage To The Components Of The Public Lighting System; G) Drawing Up Or Updating, As The Case May Be, The Technical Documentation Necessary To Carry Out An Economical And Safe Operation; H) Compliance With The Equipment Suppliers Instructions; I) The Operation Of The Lighting Installations, In Accordance With The Approved Programs; J) Compliance With Internal Instructions/Procedures And Updating Documentation; K) Compliance With The Service Regulations Approved By The Local Public Administration Authority Or The Community Development Association, As The Case May Be, In Accordance With The Law; L) Operation Based On The Principles Of Economic Efficiency, With The Objective Of Reducing The Specific Costs For The Realization Of The Public Lighting Service; M) Maintaining The Capacities To Perform The Service And Their Efficient Exploitation, Through The Systematic Monitoring Of The Behavior Of Electrical Networks, Equipment, Their Maintenance, Planning Of Capital Repairs, Operative Realization And With Minimal Costs Of Current Revisions/Repairs; N) Fulfillment Of The Quality Indicators Of The Service Provided, Specified In The Service Regulations; O) Concluding Contracts With Suppliers Of Utilities, Services, Materials And Spare Parts, By Applying The Competitive Procedures Imposed By The Legal Norms In Force Regarding The Procurement Of Works Or B
