The Subject Of This Call For Tenders Is The Awarding Of A Consulting And Support Service For The “Minerva – Eth Procurement Optimization” Program (Phase 1). The Goal Is The Sustainable Professionalization And Digitalization Of Eth Zurichs Procurement System Along The Four Workstreams Target Operating Model, Processes, Strategy & Content And Systems. The Service Includes The Conception, Development Of The Target States And Implementation Support In The Workstreams Mentioned, Including Co-Project Management Together With Eth Zurich. The Actual Tendering And Awarding Of The Eprocurement Tool Takes Place As An Independent, Separate Procedure. For Phases 2-4 There Is An Option According To The Tender Documents.
