The Amount Allocated Constitutes A Non-Binding Maximum Spending Ceiling For Rai, Up To Which The Services Covered By The Contract Can Be Commissioned Through The Issue Of Specific Implementation Contracts, The Fee For Which Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Reported In The Six Price Lists Used As The Basis For The Tender, Relating To The Different Types Of Services That Can Be Activated, To Which The Single Percentage Discount Offered By The Successful Tenderer Will Be Applied, With The Exception Of The Items Expressly Excluded From The Discount Pursuant To The Tender Documentation In The Price List N. 6 (Six). The Fees Thus Determined Will Be Valued Based On The Types Of Service Actually Requested And The Relative Quantities Indicated In The Individual Implementation Contract, According To The Formulas And Methods Provided For In The Tender Documents. The Unit Prices Referred To In The Following Price Lists Are Subject To A Reduction: 1. Remote Pre-Selection Price List; 2. Pre-Selection Price List In Attendance; 3. Tutor And Services Price List Ii Phase; 4. Psychologists Price List; 5. Price List Location Ii Phase And Parking. With Reference To Price List No. 6 Catering Commission Ii Phase, The Unit Prices Relating To Any Ancillary Lunch Services For Rai Staff Involved In Selective Initiatives Will Not Be Subjected To A Reduction As They Refer To Ancillary And Instrumental Services For The Correct Performance Of The Main Service, Characterized By Limited Economic Impact (< 1%) Compared To The Overall Value Of The Contract. The Provision Of Fixed Prices Is Aimed At Guaranteeing Homogeneous Quality Levels Of The Service And Preventing Competitive Comparison From Taking Place Through A Compression Of The Quality Of The Services Offered. At The End Of The Procedure, Rai And The Successful Tenderer Will Stipulate, Within The Times And In The Manner Referred To In The Art. 18 Of The Code, A Framework Agreement Lasting 36 Months Starting From The Date Of Completion Of The Same, As A Result Of Which The Contractor Will Undertake To Perform The Services Covered By The Contract, According To The Technical Specifications Covered By The Specifications, As Well As The Technical Offer Presented In The Tender; Possibly Extendable In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Following Points. Conversely, The Framework Agreement Will Be Considered Concluded Prior To Its Natural Expiry If, Before The Expiry Of The Aforementioned Duration, The Total Amount Is Exhausted. The Implementation Contracts May Be Stipulated Until The Expiry Date Of The Framework Agreement, It Being Understood That The Services Covered By The Implementation Contracts Themselves May Be Completed Even If Their Duration Exceeds The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement.
