The Object Of This Purchase Is The Purchase Of Specialized Services For The Selection And Destruction Of Documents From The Archive Of The General Directorate Of Taxes And Local Taxes Sector 3, For An Estimated Volume Of 5,000 Linear Meters Of Documents, Created In The Period 2002-2020. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Purchase Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following Activities: - Analysis Of The Archival Fund Held By The Contracting Authority And The Identification Of Documents Whose Retention Period Has Expired, Based On The Approved Archival Nomenclature; - The Actual Selection Of Documents And The Drawing Up Of Inventories And Selection Minutes, According To The Provisions Of Law No. 16/1996; - Preparing And Submitting The Complete Documentation To The Bucharest County/Municipality Directorate Of The National Archives, In Order To Obtain Confirmation Of The Selection; - Ensuring The Necessary Support In The Relationship With The National Archives During The Approval Process; - Lifting, Handling And Secure Transport Of Confirmed Documents For Disposal; - Secure Destruction (By Shredding And/Or Incineration, As The Case May Be) Of Confirmed Documents, In Compliance With Confidentiality Requirements And The Din 66399 Standard On The Destruction Of Data Carriers (Protection Class 2, Security Level P4); - Issuance Of The Minutes/Certificate Of Destruction For Each Processed Installment. The Final Result Of The Contract Will Consist In The Release Of The Storage Spaces Occupied By The Documents With An Expired Retention Period, The Existence Of A Complete Selection Documentation And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The National Archives, As Well As The Secure, Traceable And Confirmed Destruction Of The Respective Documents.
