To Ensure The Continuity Of Internal Services, A European Tender Will Be Carried Out For The Selection And Implementation Of A Future-Proof Esm Application. The New Solution Must Not Only Support The Current Itsm Functionality, But Also Provide An Organization-Wide Platform For Supporting It, Facilities, Inflow And Outflow, Information Provision And Other Internal Service Processes.
