Qualified As A Service Contract, It Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Ccag “Routine Supplies And Services” Approved By Order Of March 30, 2021. It Was Awarded According To The Open Call For Tenders Procedure, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 And R.2161-1 To R.2161-5 Of The Code. It Constitutes A Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2125-1 And R.2162-1 To R.2162-6 Of The Code. It Is Awarded To A Single Holder For A Maximum Period Of Three Years, Renewals Included. The Consultation Is Organized By The City Of Levallois, Coordinator Of The Command Group Formed With The Municipal Social Action Center (Ccas) Of Levallois. Recurring Services Will Be Remunerated By A Global And Fixed Price, According To The Amount Proposed By The Holder, Which Will Be Added To The Amounts Of One-Off Services, Remunerated By Issuing Purchase Orders As Needs Arise.
