The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Complete Supply Of Turnkey Technology In The Form Of Design & Build, Including Engineering, Design Of A Technical Solution, Production, Delivery, Assembly, Testing And Commissioning Of The Entire Work, Consisting Of The Supply Of 1 Pc Of A New Compressor, Compressed Air Treatment And Drying Technology With The Possibility Of 100% Redundancy, Hvac, 1 Pc Of A 6.3/0.4 Kv Transformer And All Related Water Distribution, Compressed Air, Electrical Installation And Mar Incl. Necessary Construction Modifications And Modifications To Existing Distribution Systems In The Compressor Room. The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The Fact That During Negotiations On Preliminary Offers, The Requirement For The Performance Of The Compressor Station May Be Specified, Which May Lead To An Expansion Of The Required Subject Of The Public Contract. Participants Will Take This Into Account In Their Preliminary Bids (See Paragraph 10.4 Of The Tender Documentation). As Part Of The Finalization Of The Tender Conditions (After The Negotiation Phase), The Subject Of The Public Contract Performance Will Be Firmly Determined By The Contracting Authority In This Regard, Taking Into Account Its Current Operational Needs And Also Taking Into Account The Affected Part Of The Participants Preliminary Offers And The Subsequent Negotiation Phase Of The Procurement Procedure.
