No. 907/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, In Accordance With The Design Theme; - Presentation Note, Developed According To The Framework Content Provided In Annex No. 4 Of The Regulation On The Organization And Functioning Of The Council Of The Ministry Of Defense, Approved By Order M.94/2017; - Geotechnical Study, Verified By The Af Project Inspector; - Ballistic Study, Necessary For The Establishment Of Training And Safety Solutions (Shooting Ranges, Training Ranges) And Of Projectile Capture/Stopping Solutions; - Study Of Obstacles And Related Documentation To Obtain The Approval Of The Romanian Civil Aeronautics Authority (A.A.C.R.), In Relation To The Heliport Provided For The Site And The Aeronautical Servitudes Applicable To The Site; Solution And Coexistence, Necessary For The Connection To The Utility Networks And For The Establishment Of The Conditions Of Coexistence With The Existing Networks And Objectives In The Area; - Nzeb Compliance Report, Prepared By The Certified Energy Auditor; - Preparation Of The Documentation For Obtaining The Approvals And Agreements Requested By The Urban Planning Certificate, As Well As Assistance Given To The Contracting Authority In Order To Obtain The Approvals, Including The Documentation For Obtaining The Fire Safety Agreement And The Documentation At The Same Time, The Provider Will Provide Specialized Support To The Contracting Authority In Order To Obtain The M.Ap.N.S Approval (Presentation In .Pptx Format For The Approval And Approval Of The National Defense Council). Specialized Technical Assistance And Transmits Clarifications Regarding The Technical-Economic Documentation Developed By Him, During The Promotion Of The Following Phases Of The Project (Development Of D.T.A.C., P.T.E., Execution Of Works). Clarifications Are Transmitted Exclusively To The Contracting Authority, Which Uses Them According To Its Own Competences. The Provider Does Not Participate In The Subsequent Award Procedures And Does Not Have Access To The Submitted Offers Or To The Identity Of The Participating Economic Operators.
