The Object Of The Contract Is The Operation, Maintenance, Support And Upgrade Of The Information Systems Enrollment In First Primary And Electronic Applications For Admission To Standard Schools, Public Onassis Schools, Standard Ecclesiastical Schools And Experimental Schools. The Scope Of The Contract Is Mainly Focused On: • Operation, Maintenance And Technical Support Services (Phase A): Concerns Both Systems, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Cover Indicatively: Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Management Of Updates And Vulnerabilities (Patch Management), Backup/Restore, Monitoring, Alerting, Management And Optimization Of Aws Infrastructure, Load Tests And Enhanced Readiness (On-Call) During Peak Periods, As Well As Technical Support For System Administrators. It Is Clarified That The Operation Of A Help Desk For End Users Is Not Included In The Scope Of This Contract. • Upgrading And Evolutionary Maintenance Actions (Phase B): Concerns The Annual Adaptation Of The Two Systems To The Respective Regulatory Framework, The Development Of New Functionalities, The Improvement Of User Experience And Accessibility (Wcag 2.1 Aa), The Expansion Of Interoperability And The Strengthening Of The Traceability Of The Lottery/Results Procedures, In Two (2) Annual Cycles, With Mandatory Production Availability Of Each Annual Version Before The Start Of The Corresponding Application Period.
