The Purpose Of The Competition: To Select The Best Urban, Architectural And Functional Aspects And Other Requirements (Listed In These Conditions Of The Competition, In The Task Reconstruction Of The Multi-Functional Sports Complex Of The City Of Utena, Which Corresponds To The Architectural Idea Of The Project. The Authors Of The Project Proposals That Won The 1St, 2Nd And 3Rd Places Of This Competition Will Be Awarded Cash Payments: 6,000 Eur For The 1St Place, 4,000 Eur For The 2Nd Place, 4,000 Eur For The 3Rd Place Eur 3,000. This Procurement Is Carried Out Without The Provision Of A Procurement Contract. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Article 71 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Procurement Organization Plans To Carry Out A Separate Procurement Of Services For The Reconstruction Of The City Of Utenas Multi-Functional Sports Complex (Receiving Project Proposals, Technical Work Project, Construction Permit Proposal, Preparation Of The Work Project Or Its Parts, And Supervision Of The Execution Of The Structural Project). Participant (Note: The Winner Of This Tender Is Considered To Be The Participant Of The 1St Place Project Proposal).The Price Of Project Proposals, Technical Work Draft, Construction Permitting Document And Construction Project Supervision Services Must Not Exceed Eur 181,500.00 Including Vat, If The Supplier Is A Vat Payer, Or Eur 150,000.00 Without Vat, If The Supplier Is Not A Vat Payer.
