Guard Services - Guarding The Shared Accommodation For Temporary Accommodation According To The Laufng Bbg And For Homeless People At An Den Seefichten 20 In Frankfurt (Oder) From January 1St, 2027 To December 31St, 2028. The City Of Frankfurt (Oder) Operates The Shared Accommodation At An Den Seefichten 20, 15234 Frankfurt (Oder) Under Its Own Responsibility. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Security Of The Shared Accommodation For The Period From January 1St, 2027 To December 31St, 2028 Inclusive. The Property Is Owned By The City Of Frankfurt (Oder) And Is Located On A Separate, Fully Fenced Area. There Are Three Identical Buildings On The Site, Each With Three Full Floors. Two Of The Three Buildings Are Currently Used For Accommodation. The Facility Serves To Accommodate Different Groups Of People. The Regular Reception Capacity Includes: - Up To 100 People Who Are To Be Admitted According To The Brandenburg State Reception Act (Laufng Bbg), - Up To 37 Homeless People And - An Additional Up To 8 Homeless People In The Night Shelter. The Task Of Ensuring And Enforcing Order And Security In The Facility, Including Access Control, Is Assigned. No Sovereign Powers Are Transferred With The Transfer Of Tasks. The Task Includes In Particular: - Guarding The Property 24 Hours A Day, 365 Or 366 Days A Year, With At Least Two Security Employees Present And Operational At The Same Time; - Occupation And Monitoring Of The Central Access As Well As Control Of Incoming And Outgoing Passenger Traffic In Accordance With The House Rules And The Clients Specifications; - Ensuring Complete, Up-To-Date And Comprehensible Documentation Of Passenger Traffic And Attendance, Insofar As This Is Specified By The Client And Permitted Under Data Protection Law; - Ensuring Order And Security In The Buildings Used For Accommodation And In The Outdoor Area; - Carrying Out Regular And Event-Related Inspections - Enforcing The House Rules Within The Scope Of The Delegated Authority And House Law; - Reporting And Documenting Special Incidents, Irregularities, Damage And Safety-Relevant Findings; - Immediate Alerting Of The Police, Fire Brigade And/Or Rescue Services In Relevant Dangerous Situations; - Initiate Appropriate Measures In The Event Of Imminent Danger To Life, Health, Buildings Or Facilities Until The Responsible Emergency Services Arrive; - Determination And Documentation Of Criminal Offenses, In Particular Damage To Property, As Well As Other Significant Violations Of The House Rules; - Support Orderly Evacuation Measures As Part Of The Briefing And The Applicable Alarm And Fire Protection Organization; - Proper Shift Handover And Passing On All Information Relevant To The Following Shift. Video Surveillance, Communication And Documentation As Well As Ensuring The Night, Cold And Warm/Heat Shelter.
