Construction Work – Vt 4 Lahdenväylä Between Ring I - Ring Iii And The Ilmasilla Interchange, Alliance; Preliminary Request For Quotation. With This Procurement Notice, The Finnish Highways Agency And The City Of Helsinki Initiate The Procurement Procedure Regarding The Construction Of The Vt 4 Lahdenväylä Between Ring I - Ring Iii And The Ilmasilla Multi-Level Interchange Contract. The Finnish Railways Agency And The City Of Helsinki Are Looking For Candidates And Groups Of Candidates To Implement The Vt 4 Lahdenväylä Between Ring I - Ring Iii And Ilmasilla Multi-Level Interchange Project. The Project Will Be Implemented Using An Alliance Model, Where The Selected Contract Partner Will Implement The Construction Of The Project In Cooperation With The Clients. The Design Partner Is Procured Separately At The Beginning Of The Projects Development Phase For The Best Of The Project. The Acquisition And Integration Of The Design Partner Into The Project Is Carried Out In The Alliances Best Choice From A Wide Range Of Bidders. The Development Phase Of The Project Will Start In January 2027 And The Implementation Phase In 2027. In The Project, The Väylävirasto And The City Of Helsinki Are The Parties To The Alliance Agreement. In The Project, Uusimaa Elinvoimakeskus, Hsy And The Owners Of Lines And Equipment Located In The Project Area Can Also Act As Customers. The Total Cost Estimate Of The Project Is Around €100 Million (Maku 145, 2020 = 100). The Cost Shares Of The Finnish Railways Agency And The City Of Helsinki Will Be Specified During The Development Phase.
