The Authority For The Digitization Of Romania (Adr) Implements The Project A National Strategy For Romanias Digital Decade, Smis Code 358731, Financed From The Technical Assistance Program (Poat) 2021-2027, Priority 2 - Improving The Management And Implementation Capacity And Ensuring The Transparency Of The Erdf, Fc, Fse+, Ftj Funds, Technical Assistance Specific Objective, From The European Social Fund Plus (Fse+). The Object Of This Purchase Consists In The Provision Of Specialized Consulting Services For The Elaboration Of The National Strategy Regarding The Digital Decade Of Romania And The Related Action Plan (Roadmap), As Well As For Its Constant Updating Based On The Analysis Of The Available Data, In Order To Substantiate The Digital Transformation Measures That Will Be Included In The National And Regional Partnership Plan (Ppnr) Of Romania For The Period 2028-2034. The Services Are Structured In Five Activity Packages, As Follows: ▶ Analysis Of The Current Situation Regarding The Implementation Stage Of The Digital Decade Targets (Pa1); ▶ Elaboration Of The National Strategy And Action Plan (Roadmap) (Pa2); ▶ Development Of The Methodology For Monitoring Progress At The National Level (Pa3); ▶ Adjusting The Action Plan To A Period Of 2 Years, Depending On Developments At The Level Of The European Union (Pa4); ▶ Substantiation Of Digitalization Interventions For The Financial Envelope 2028-2034 (Pa5). The Services Meet Adrs Need To Have External Specialized Expertise In Areas That It Does Not Fully Cover With Its Own Resources (Digital Skills, Digitization Of Enterprises, Digital Public Services, Secure Digital Infrastructures), In Order To Fulfill The Obligations Assumed By Romania Through The Policy Program For The Digital Decade 2030 And To Ensure The Favorable Condition For Accessing European Funding From The Cohesion Pillar 2028-2034.
