The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Consultant For Assessing The Compliance Of An Investment Project And Exercising Construction Supervision According To Art. 166-168 Of The Zut For The Site Upgrading Of An Existing Municipal Composting Plant With Improvement/Modernization Of The Recycling Technology Of Separately Collected Biodegradable Household Waste, Pleven The Public Procurement Includes The Following Two Main Activities: Activity 1. Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase, Including Assessment Of Compliance Under Art. 169, Para. 1, Item 6 And Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Constructive Part. Activity 2. Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 168 Of The Zut. Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Site, According To Art. 176 B Of The Zut In The Scope Specified In Ordinance No. 5/2006. Preparation Of A Final Report, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut. The Scope And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described In The Technical Specification. ​​​​​​​
