Electronic Meters – Replacement Of Existing Water Meters And Itn, Installation Of Reading Buses, Provision Of Portal Services And Settlement Of Sv And Tv Costs Of Itn In Apartment Buildings Of The Úmč ​​Brno Nový Lískovec. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Replacement (Dismantling) Of Existing Radio Water Meters For Hot And Cold Water (Hereinafter Referred To As Tv And Sv) For The Supply And Installation Of New Water Meters With Remote Data Reading, Including The Provision Of Monthly Information On Consumption. Water Meters Will Be Installed On Water Distribution Systems In The Installation Shafts Of Residential And Non-Residential Units. Consumption Values ​​Will Be Activated Through The Portal Service (Data Bus) And Access To The Customer Portal Will Be Provided, Which Will Provide Monthly Information On The Consumption Of Individual Service Recipients In Accordance With Applicable Legislation. Furthermore, The Exchange Of Heating Cost Indicators (Hereinafter Referred To As Itn) For The Supply And Installation Of New Meters With Remote Data Reading, Including The Provision Of Monthly Consumption Information And Billing Services In Apartment Buildings In The Clients Territory. The Meters Will Be Mounted On The Heating Elements Of Individual Apartments And Non-Residential Spaces, Or In The Case Of Calorimeters On The Central Heating Pipes. This Public Contract Also Includes The Provision Of Services Defined In The Terms Of The Contract On Deduction And Settlement Services In Accordance With Act No. 67/2013 Coll., The Law Regulating Certain Issues Related To The Provision Of Services Connected With The Use Of Apartments And Non-Residential Spaces In A Building With Apartments, As Amended And In Accordance With Decree No. 269/2015 Coll., On Cost Settlement As Amended. The Contract For The Subtraction And Billing Service Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 10 Years (Cycle Of Radio Modules And Buses), The Binding Draft Of Which Is Annex No. 5 Of The Procurement Documentation. Before Starting The Implementation, It Is Necessary To Contact The Technician Of The Housing And Other Management Department, Who Will Specify Which Of The Apartment Units Will Be Free During The Implementation (He Will Hand Over The Keys), And Which Apartment Units And Spaces Will Be Used By Tenants During The Implementation. The Selected Supplier (Contractor) Will Notify The Tenants A Week Before The Start Of Work That The Existing Radio Meters Will Be Replaced With Meters With Remote Data Reading. The Announcement Will Be Made In The Form Of Written Information Placed In A Visible Place (Elevator, Main Door, Bulletin Board).
