Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Galewice Commune. 1. The Expected Amount Of Collected And Managed Waste, I.E. The Amount Of Mg Of Waste That The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect During The Order Execution Period Is 3,000 Mg In The Basic Scope. Within The Scope Of The Option Law, The Ordering Party Envisages The Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste In An Additional Amount Of 300 Mg. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest And Results From Its Current Needs - After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which It May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform The Service Within The Scope Of The Exercised Option Right. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order - But Until The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is Exhausted. Collection Of Waste In Quantities Exceeding The Option Law Requires A Change To The Contract. Activating The Option Will Not Require Changing The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About The Activation Of The Option In The Form Of A Declaration Of Will. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Service For The Basic Scope Is 50% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Indicated In The Contract. 4.
