Ties – Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Ties For The North Rhine-Westphalia Police. With Regard To The Framework Agreement, No Minimum Purchase Quantities Are Agreed. According To The Case Law Of The Ecj Dated June 17, 2021_Rs C - 23/20 - The Client Is Obliged To Specify A Maximum Quantity In Order To Ensure Transparency And Freedom From Discrimination In Competition. A Call Obligation Cannot Be Derived From This. The Client Estimates That There Will Be A Need For Around 15,200 Ties And 18,000 Anchor Ties Over The Entire Contract Period. The Maximum Quantity Of The Attached Framework Agreement Is 19,760 Ties And 23,400 Anchor Ties.
