The Services To Be Awarded Relate To Construction-Related Construction Controlling By An Expert As A Higher-Level Quality Assurance In The Interests Of Howoge As The Builder And Later Landlord Of The Btg School Complex To Be Renovated Or Expanded And In The Interests Of The Spandau District Office Of Berlin As The Later Tenant Of The School Complex. The Service Content Is The Construction Controlling For The Components To Be Demolished For The Renovation Of Three Existing Components And The Expansion With Three New Components, The Construction Of An Interim, The Construction Of The Interim Outdoor Facilities And The Final Outdoor Facilities During Ongoing School Operations.
