Non-Hazardous Refuse And Waste Treatment And Disposal Services – Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders For The Treatment Of Bulky Waste From Recycling Centers In The Municipalities Of Arles, Saint-Martin-De-Crau And Saintes-Maries-De-La-Mer. The “Waste Treatment” Responsibility Has Been Delegated To The Sud Rhône Environnement (Sre) Union For The Municipalities Of Boulbon, Saint-Pierre-De-Mézoargues And Tarascon. Only “Bulky” Type Waste From The “Non-Sre” Municipalities Of Arles, Saintes-Maries-De-La-Mer And Saint-Martin-De-Crau Are Concerned By The Services Of This Framework Agreement. This Consultation Concerns The Provision Of Treatment Services For Bulky Waste From Recycling Centers Located In The Municipalities Of Arles, Saintes-Maries-De-La-Mer And Saint-Martin-De-Crau (Contributions To The Outlet Packaged In Boxes Of 18 To 35 M3 In Bulk Or Compacted With A Packmat Type Compactor Roller Or Mechanical Excavator) The Order Amount Of The Initial Framework Agreement And Each Renewal Is Limited At 1,000,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 12 Months From December 1, 2026 Or, If Its Notification Occurs After That Date, From Its Notification Date. It Is Tacitly Renewable Three Times, For A Period Of 12 Months Per Renewal Period, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of 48 Months, Subject To The Provisions Relating To Early Renewal Provided For In The Consultation Documents.
