The Subject Of The Contract Is The Replacement Construction Of A New Operational Building Including A 10 Kv Medium-Voltage Switchgear For Substation 1 Of The Velbert Public Utility Company. The Award Is Made As A Functional General Contractor Service With The Contractor Taking Responsibility For The System. The Order Includes The Complete Object, Approval And Implementation Planning As Well As The Turnkey Delivery, Construction, Assembly, Testing, Commissioning And Documentation Of A Complete, Functional And Acceptance-Ready Overall System. This Includes, In Particular, The Operating Building With The Necessary Technical Ancillary Rooms, The Technical Building Equipment And The Outdoor Facilities, The 10 Kv Medium-Voltage Switchgear Including The Protection, Control, Control, Telecontrol, Communication, Internal Use And Ancillary Systems, All Necessary Earthworks, Civil Engineering, Foundation, Cable Construction And Assembly Services As Well As The Production Of The Earthing, Potential Equalization, Cable And Other Infrastructure Systems. Also Included Is The Complete Integration Of The New Entire System Into The Existing Medium-Voltage Network As Well As Into The Existing Protection, Control, Telecontrol, Communication And Ancillary Systems. The Contractor Bears Overall Responsibility For The Planning, Coordination And Execution Of All Services Including All Technical, Structural, Operational And Organizational Interfaces Up To The Overall System Being Operational And Ready For Acceptance.
