Goal and Objectives of Assignment Search for Common Ground is seeking to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with qualified graphic designers or design studios to provide graphic design services for organizational and project-related activities in Lebanon. 2. Geographic Locations Beirut,Lebanon. Services may be provided remotely 3. Ethical Considerations The contracted party shall take into consideration all factors to ensure that the work is done in a conflict sensitive manner and that no harm is done while implementing the activity. This includes social, security, safety, environmental, economic, and gender-related factors. 4. Timeline From August 2026 until August 2027. 5.Scope of Services : Graphic Design Service : Design of social media visuals and campaigns. Design of reports, studies, assessments, and publications. Design of brochures, flyers, factsheets, booklets, and newsletters. Design of banners, roll-ups, backdrops, and event branding materials(Mugs , Tote Bags -pens A5 Booklets ) Design of infographics and data visualization.Design of awareness and advocacy campaign materials. Layout and formatting of publications in Arabic and English. Branding and Visual Identity : Development of visual identities and branding packages. Creation of logos and branding guidelines when required. Preparation of print-ready and digital-ready files. 6. Required Qualifications Applicants should demonstrate: Proven experience in graphic design and visual communication. Strong portfolio showcasing previous relevant work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software. Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies,. Ability to design materials in both Arabic and English. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. 7. Financial Proposal Requirements Applicants are requested to provide a financial proposal including, at a minimum: Rate per social media post. Rate per report layout and design. Rate per publication/booklet design. Rate per banner, roll-up, or event branding material. Daily rate (if applicable). Hourly rate (if applicable).
