Site-Development Work – Tender For Sundmolen East - Building Maturity. Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S (Hereafter Referred To As The Client) Offers Construction Development Of Sundmolen Øst, Including Execution Of Infrastructure, A Bridge, Three Urban Spaces, Incl. A Green Urban Space On Sundmolen West, As Well As Supply Lines And Pumping Station For Hofor. The Contract Relates To The Execution Of Building Maturation On Sundmolen East And The Execution Of A Green Urban Space On Sundmolen West In The Main Contract (The Task). In Addition, The Construction Contract Partially Relates To Project Planning As Described In The Contracts Section 6. The Task Mainly Consists Of Carrying Out Supply Lines For Hofor, Infrastructure, Bridge And Planting. In Addition, The Task Includes Planning And Establishing A Pumping Station. The Tendered Contract Is Expected To Be Carried Out In The Period November 2026 To June 2028. For A More Detailed Description Of The Contract And The Tendered Task, The Ordering Party Refers To The Overall Tender Material Specified In Section 2 Of The Tender Conditions. The Ordering Party Has Chosen Not To Divide The Task Into Sub-Contracts, As It Is Most Appropriate For The Ordering Partys Administration And To Minimize The Interface Problem That The Majority Of The Task Is Carried Out By One And The Same Contractor.
