Backup Software Powerprotect Data Manager Foundation - 28 Processors - Support Should Be Provided For 36 Months; 5. Powerprotect Dd6400 - 1 Unit – Support Should Be Provided Until 06/04/2029. *** Support Includes Diagnostics, Delivery Of Necessary Spare Parts, Replacement Of Defective Components, Restoration Of Equipment Operability And Performance Of Necessary Software Activities In Order To Ensure Reliable And Continuous Operation Of The Devices. *** The Requirements For The Implementation Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 *** As Of The Date Of The Decision To Open The Procedure, No Funding Has Been Provided. Deadline For Providing Support - Up To 15 Working Days From The Date Of Notification To The Contractor Of Secured Financing Under The Contract And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee, Subject To Compliance With The Terms Of The Contract Project. 2. Maintenance Term - Specified Above In The Document, As Well As In Table No. 1 Of The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1. *** The Participant Should Be Duly Authorized By The Relevant Manufacturers Of The Hardware And Software Products Described In Table No. 1 Of The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 Or Their Official Representatives For The Right To Distribute/Supply The Offered Products/Services On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Participant In The Public Procurement Proves His Compliance With The Set Requirement By Applying A Letter Of Authorization Or Another Equivalent Document Issued By The Manufacturer Or By His Official Representative In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Bulgarian Translation In His Technical Proposal; In Cases Where The Participant In The Public Procurement Submits A Letter Of Authorization From An Official Representative Of The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document), An Authorization Letter Issued By The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document In The Bulgarian Language Or Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian), Which Authorizes The Official Representative Of The Manufacturer To Provide Authorization To Third Parties, Is Also Attached To The Offer.
