The Contracting Authority Currently Has A Framework Agreement For Development Services, But The Financial Limit Will Be Exhausted In The Transition Between The 1St And 2Nd Quarter Of 2027. Development, Further Development And Management Of The Contracting Authoritys Data Platform, Including Data Integrations, Data Modelling, Data Quality, Management Information And Analysis Capability. • Establishment And Further Development Of Knowledge Products, Such As Dashboards, Reporting Systems, Insight And Analysis Tools, Visualisations And Other User Interface, Which Makes Management, Case Officers And Other Users More Knowledge Driven. • Reuse Of Data Across Systems And Processes So That Information Can Be Used Efficiently In Grant Management And The Contracting Authority ́S Other Management And Reporting Processes. • Digitalisation Of Administrative Services. • Use Of Digitalisation To Strengthen The Effect Of Norwegian Development Cooperation, I.A. Through Better Use Of Data, Analysis And Digital Services For Partners And Other Target Groups. • Establishment Of A Modern Development Factory Where The Contracting Authority Itself Is In Control Of The Deliveries. • Strategic Consultancy For The Use Of Digital Joint Goods In The Digitalisation Of Norwegian Assistance Work.
