Type Of Order: Service 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property Of The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences, Performed In Place Of The Ordering Partys Full-Time Employees At Porters And Cloakroom Positions Located In The Facilities Indicated In The Opz, During A Basic Period Of 731 Consecutive Calendar Days, With The Possibility Of Resuming The Order A Maximum Of Four Times, Each Time For A Further Period Of 6 Months, With The Last Period Of Resumption Being Subject To An Appropriate Shortened In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 3. The Service Includes In Particular: 1) Concierge Service In 23 Facilities, In Accordance With Their Operating Schedules; 2) Concierge Services Combined With Cloakroom Services; 3) Cloakroom Service In 5 Upwr Facilities, Covering A Total Of 6 Locations; 4) Ensuring The Replacement Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Cases And On The Terms Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: 1) List Of Facilities, Reception And Cloakrooms; 2) Days And Hours Of Service Provision; 3) Rules For Preparing And Submitting Schedules; 4) Rules For Activating Ad Hoc Replacements; 5) The Scope Of Activities Performed At Reception Desks And In Cloakrooms; 6) Requirements Regarding Staff And Organization Of Service Provision - Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 5. Detailed Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, Rules For The Provision And Settlement Of Services And The Contractors Liability Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 6. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Facilities Of The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences Indicated In The Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including All Porters Offices, Cloakrooms, Posts And Service Hours Specified In The Opz. 8. The Offer Must Be Clear And Complete, And Its Content Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Compliance Of The Offered Order Execution Method With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Its Annexes. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes, The Procedures Applicable At The Facilities And The Instructions Of The Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party.
