The Existing Building From The 1950S/1960S Is Currently Used By The Adult Education Center (Vhs). The Aim Of The Project Is To Convert The Building Into A Modern Library, Including Adapting It To Future Functional And Technical Requirements. As Part Of The Project, The Necessary Planning Services For The Technical Building Equipment (Tga) In The Existing Building Must Be Provided. The Aim Is To Modernize And Adapt The Technical Systems As Required, Taking Into Account Current Use And The Applicable Technical And Legal Requirements.
