The Existing Building Of The Villa Kunterbunt Primary School On The School Grounds At Goethestrasse 61 In Maintal-Bischofsheim Is To Be Completely Renovated And Converted. The Services Tendered For Are Demolition Work, Pollutant Remediation And Expansion. The Building Is Designed As A Split Level With Levels -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 And 4 (Technical). Storage Rooms Will Be Created On Level -1. The New Cafeteria With Kitchen, The Forum Or Break Hall, The Atrium And The Administration Wing With A Teachers Room Will Be Built On Level 0. On Level 1 There Is The Care Area, The Library, An Art Room And A Work Room As Well As Three Group Rooms; The Existing Main Entrance Will Be Dismantled And The Building Will Be Expanded With A Single-Story Wooden Extension.
