Equivalent Linings Must Be Approved For Use In The Above-Mentioned Applications. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And Annexes If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In Writing The Equivalence Of The Offered Technical Parameters In Relation To The Subject Of The Order.
