Region Southern Denmark Is Faced With Having To Acquire A New Regional It Solution For The Imaging Areas (Hereafter The Solution). The Solution Must Include Ris, Pacs, Vna, Clinical Viewer As Well As Support For Breast Cancer Screening And Constitutes The Central Clinical Tool For Radiology And Nuclear Medicine Departments At Region Southern Denmark. The Solution Is To Be Used In 4 Hospital Units Divided Into 12 Radiology Departments, 3 Nuclear Medicine Departments And The Regional Breast Cancer Screening. Region Southern Denmark Has Several Hundred Imaging Modalities And Performs Over 1 Million Surveys Annually. The Solution Must Support An Efficient Clinical Workflow In A Patient-Safe And User-Friendly Manner, As Well As Ensure The Coherent Patient Process Across Hospital Units, Departments And Specialties. The Solution Must Be A Robust, Stable And Well-Functioning Tool In The Clinics Daily Work And At The Same Time Have The Flexibility Necessary To Meet Future Improvement Measures And Changed Needs. The Tendered Procurement Is Described In Detail In Appendix-03 With Sub-Appendices. The Acquisition Itself Includes Functionality To Support The Workflows Within Radiology, Nuclear Medicine And Mammography Screening, As Well As Storage Of Imaging Examinations. The Acquisition Also Includes Implementation And Maintenance Of The New Solution. Bdsyd Principles: The Procurement Is Based On Four General Principles, Which The Parties Must Use As Basic Principles For The Solution And The Collaboration: • Effective Support For The Patients Path: The Solution Is Patient-Safe, Labor-Saving, Intuitive And User-Friendly. • Stable Operation: The Large Production Of Imaging Examinations Can Take Place Safely, Undisturbed By Downtime And Stoppages To The Benefit Of Patients, Employees And Efficiency. • Performance: Short System Response Times In The Solution And Good Performance, Which Is Important For Patients, Employees And Efficiency. • Standard Solution: The Solution Is Well-Functioning And Well-Tested In A Comparable Setup And Has Open And Well-Defined Cross-Sections. There Is An Option For Region Central Jutland And Region North Jutland To Acquire A Similar Solution, Cf. Appendix-19 With Sub-Appendix. Region Southern Denmark Carries Out The Tender On Behalf Of All The Regions, And Separate Contracts Are Subsequently Entered Into Between The Selected Supplier And The Individual Region. It Should Be Noted That Region Southern Denmark Has Geoblocking In Relation To A Number Of Countries As Listed In Appendix-02.A. The List Can Be Requested By Contacting Via The Communication Tab On The Tender Site Ethics And Can Be Received By Interested Suppliers Against A Confidentiality Statement From The Requesting Party.
