On The Site Of The Former Transmitter Facility On The Outskirts Of Jülich And In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Aachen University Of Applied Sciences Campus, A Science Park And Innovative Commercial Area With Around 52 Hectares Of Area Are Currently Being Built (Hereinafter: “Brainergy Park Jülich”). The Client Is Responsible For Supplying The Properties In Brainergy Park With Heat. The Buildings Are To Be Supplied With Heat Via An Almost Co₂-Neutral District Heating System. This Water-Filled Lowex Network Is Operated By A Central Energy Center That Provides Cooling In Summer And Heat In Winter. The Heat Is Provided Decentrally By Heat Pump Systems Housed In Containers. As Part Of The Expansion Of The Heating Network, A New Wooden Energy Center Will Be Built On The Property Of Brainergy Park Energie Gmbh In Brainergy Park In Jülich. The New Building Is Divided Into A Hall And A 3-Story Structure. On The Ground Floor There Is The Low Voltage With Sub-Distribution, Storage, Telecommunications, Utility Room With Heating, And Access To The Office Area On The 1St And 2Nd Floors With 14 Workstations, Meeting Room, Tea Kitchen, Loggias And Sanitary Facilities. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Manufacture, Delivery And Assembly Of The Heating System For The Energy Center.
