The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of The System And Its Implementation Through Remote Installation And Configuration Of Purchased Modules And Migration Of Data From The Zkss Registration Systems Currently Used In The Courts Of Appeal In Gdańsk To The System; 2) Granting An Open, Non-Exclusive, Perpetual License With No Limit On The Number Of Positions For The System Modules Described In The Opz; 3) Conducting Training In The Use Of The System, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz And In The Contract; 4) Provision Of It Support Services Related To The System For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The System Start-Up, Confirmed By Signing The Final Protocol. 3. The Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Offer. 4. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
