The Contractor Designs And Carries Out User-Centered Studies (E.G. Usability Tests, Acceptance Tests, User Surveys, Target Group Interviews), Continuously Measures The Success Of Existing And New Features, Analyzes Information Architecture, Navigation And Interaction Design And Derives Concrete Optimization Suggestions From Them. He Also Supports The Daad In Requirements Analysis And Prioritization Of Further Development Needs And Documents The Results In Compact, Decision-Oriented Reports For Those Responsible For The Product. The Services Listed Below Can Be Commissioned In Combinations Adapted To The Respective Project, Both In Individual Studies And In Longer-Term Projects.
