Construction Supervision Services – Scheduling, Steering And Site Coordination Mission (Opc) As Part Of The Renovation Project For Wing 40.06 Of Building 40 On The Cea Grenoble Site. This Scheduling, Management And Coordination Mission Concerns The Operation Relating To The Renovation Of Wing 40.06 Of Building 40 (Also Called Building 40.06) Aimed At The Sustainability Of The Installations, The Rationalization Of The Surfaces In Relation To The New Uses Of The Building And The Improvement Of The Comfort Of The Occupants. The Operation Should Make It Possible To Continue The Overall Rehabilitation Program For The Entire Building 40, Initiated In 2020. The Renovation Program Follows The Ceas Heritage Strategy By Applying The States Tertiary Occupation Doctrine, Compliance Relating To The Thermal Regulations In Force And In Compliance With Energy Efficiency And Targeted Performances. The Renovation Operation Of Wing 40.06 Includes:  Phase No. 1 Relating To The Asbestos Removal/Cleaning Of The Wing 40.06;  Phase No. 2 Relating To The Development Of Wing 40.06;  Related Works/Common Resources/Living Facilities, Under Internal Cea Project Management.
