The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment) In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz (- Technical Specification - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Template Contract). 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Supply Of Computer Equipment: 1) Portable Computer Notebook Type 1 - 400 Pieces; 2) Portable Computer Notebook Type 2 - 20 Pieces; 3) 27 Monitor - 50 Pieces; • Granting A License For The Operating System, • Providing Warranty Service. 4. The Parameters Given In The Technical Specification Should Be Treated As The Minimum, Required Parameters Of The Offered Equipment. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present In The Technical Specification The Name Of The Manufacturer, Model (Device Type) And A List Of Technical Parameters Of The Offered Devices In A Range Of Parameters At Least Equal To The List Of Parameters Required In The Opz - Technical Specification - (Table To Be Completed - All Cells Must Be Filled In Table). Classified As Dangerous Or Require Special Use, Full Information On The Above, Along With Safety Markings, Must Be Provided In The Offer. 10. The Ordering Party Must Come From An Official Distribution Channel Authorized By The Equipment Manufacturer. At The Time Of Delivery, The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Request Confirmation From The Equipment Manufacturers Representative That The Delivered Equipment Comes From The Official Distribution Channel Authorized By The Equipment Manufacturer. In Such A Case, Upon Invitation Sent By E-Mail Within 5 Business Days, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make The Offered Equipment Available For Testing At The Place And Date Specified In The Invitation. The Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Of The Swz And Be Fully Compliant With The Offered Equipment. 12. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Equipment Be Manufactured By A Manufacturer With A Quality Assurance System (In Terms Of At Least The Production Phase Of The Offered Equipment) Compliant With The Iso 9001 And Iso 14001 Standards Or Other Equivalent
