The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties In The City And Commune Of Sobków From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of The Entire Amount Of Municipal Waste: A) From Owners Of Residential Properties; B) From Owners Of Uninhabited Real Estate, Including Public Utility Areas, I.E. Organizational Units, City And Commune Facilities; C) From Owners Of Real Estate Where There Are Summer Houses Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, D) From The Selective Waste Collection Point In Sobków; E) From Stops Where Street Bins Are Installed. The Municipal Waste Collection System Does Not Cover Waste Generated As A Result Of Business And Agricultural Activities And Waste From Cemeteries. Estimated Amount Of Municipal Waste To Be Collected And Managed From Residential And Uninhabited Properties In The City And Commune Of Sobków In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028: 1) Mixed Waste - 2,199,000 Mg 2) Segregated Waste - 1,557,000 Mg 3) Waste From Pszok - 920,000 Mg Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form The Addresses Of Municipal Installations To Which The Waste Will Be Transferred In Accordance With Art. 6D Section 4 Point 5 Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended). If Addresses Are Not Provided, The Offer Will Be Rejected.
