Street-Lighting Equipment – Framework Agreement - Road And Street Lighting. The Procurement Is For A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Road And Street Lights, As Further Described In Annex 1 - Requirements For Products And Deliveries. The Framework Agreement Also Includes The Delivery Of Other Lighting Products (Fittings, Spare Parts, Components, Control Components Etc.) That Are Included In The Tenderers Standard Assortment (Other Assortment) Both Within Road Lighting And Street Lighting, But Also Other Fixtures And Equipment. The Framework Agreement Is A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement That Gives The Contracting Authority The Right, But Not An Obligation, To Make Call-Offs Within The Contract Period. The Contracting Authority Shall Not Be Obliged To Procure A Specific Amount Within The Agreement Period.
