The City Of Vantaa Organizes A Joint Procurement With Fintraffic For The Maintenance Service Of The Traffic Light Devices At The Traffic Light-Controlled Junctions Located In Vantaa And The Traffic Management Devices In The Street Areas, To The Extent Specified In More Detail In The Procurement Documents. The Most Important Tasks Included In The Maintenance Service Are Fault On-Call, Fault Monitoring, Troubleshooting And Repairs, Traffic Damage Repairs, Periodic Inspection And Maintenance Of Equipment, Maintenance Of Traffic Light Documentation And Other Expert Tasks Related To Traffic Lights. In Addition, The Service Provider Is Responsible For Maintaining The Spare Parts Warehouse. Within The Framework Of The Maintenance Service, Renovation Work On Traffic Lights And Traffic Management Devices Can Be Carried Out. Traffic Light Connections Or Traffic Management Devices Can Be Added Or Removed From The Scope Of The Service During The Contract Period. Possible New Sites Will Be Located In The Vantaa Area. The Estimated Contract Period Of The Service Is Fixed-Term For Two (2) Years From 1 January 2027 To 31 December 2028. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract Period With One Two (2) Year Option From 1 January 2029 To 31 December 2030. The Customer Decides To Implement The Option No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period.
