The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Issue, Delivery And Monitoring Of The Management Of Restaurant Vouchers, Intended For Unhoused Employees Of Grandlyon Habitat. For Information, 489 Employees As Of June 31, 2026, Were Beneficiaries Of Meal Vouchers. The Population Of Beneficiaries Should Be Stable Over The 4 Years Of The Framework Agreement. This Framework Agreement Sets Out The Contractual Stipulations In A Firm Manner And Will Be Executed As And When Required By The Conclusion And Issuance Of Purchase Orders According To The Terms Defined In This Framework Agreement. A Framework Agreement With Firm Unit Prices Will Be Awarded To A Single Company Or A Group. It Takes Effect From Its Date Of Notification, Planned To Be December 1, 2026. The Maximum Duration, Including Renewal Periods, Cannot Exceed December 31, 2030. The Period From The Date Of Notification To December 31, 2026 Constitutes The Preparatory Phase For The Technical Deployment Of The Service. The Service Must Be Fully Operational On January 1, 2027. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Minimum Amount Of 1,700,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And With A Maximum Amount Of 2,070,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Initial Duration Of Two (2) Years. In The Event Of Renewal, The Minimum And Maximum Amounts Will Also Be Renewed. In The Event Of A Group Application, The Representative Of The Group Must Be In Solidarity With Each Of The Members Of The Group
