The Object Of This Procurement Is The Printing, Wrapping And Delivery Service Of Paper Mails As A Total Delivery. The Estimate Of The Annual Volume Of Paper Mail In 2026 Is Approximately 13 Million Letters. After This, The Number Of Letter Deliveries Is Estimated To Continue To Decrease By Approximately 30% Annually. The Procured Service Also Includes A Form Design Service And The Associated Right To Use The Material Management System For Users Designated By The Tax Administration, As Well As A Printing Service. The Purchased Service Also Includes A Tracking Service For Domestic Letter Shipments. The Tax Administrations Goal Is To Use The Tracking Service As Widely As Possible. The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Appendix To The Request For Tenders Description Of The Object Of Procurement. The Aim Of The Competition Is To Select One (1) Supplier Who Is Able To Deliver Large-Volume Printing, Peeling And Distribution Services That Meet The Needs Of The Tax Administration As A Total Delivery Of High Quality And At An Affordable Price, As Well As One (1) Alternate Supplier With Whom An Agreement Can Be Made If The Selected Supplier Is Unable To Produce The Service. The Aim Of The Agreement Is To Enter Into Force On December 1, 2026 As An Indefinite Term.
