Removal Of Trees And Shrubs And Their Growth Should Be Carried Out Using A Forest Mulcher. The Customer Requires Maximum Fragmentation Of The Mulched Material. In The Case Of Too Thick Fragments Of Shrubs And Trees That Are Not Suitable For Direct Mulching, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cut Down Such Plants Manually And Mulch Smaller Limbs And Branches. The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Stumps And Thick Branches Unsuitable For Mulching From The Area Covered By The Order On His Own. 7. If Ruts And Other Unevenness Are Left (E.G. After Driving A Mulcher Into A Wet Area), The Contractor Is Obliged To Level Them. This Action Requires Prior Agreement With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Parameters Characterizing The Permissible Maximum Pressure Of The Mechanical Equipment Approved For The Execution Of The Order. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About Starting Work In The Area Covered By The Order At Least 2 Days In Advance.
