As An Expansion Of The Existing Hockey Park, Europes Largest Field Hockey Stadium, Ewmg Intends To Build A State-Of-The-Art Performance Center For Field Hockey On Behalf Of The City Of Mönchengladbach. The Aim Is To Create A New Home For Competitive Hockey With Optimal Training Conditions. You Can Train Here All Year Round And Play Under International Competition Conditions. The Aim Is To Create A Professional Environment For National Teams, Young Hockey Players As Well As Club And Guest Teams. Part Of The Expansion Of The Performance Center Will Be, On The One Hand, The Construction Of An Innovative Sports School With 48 Rooms And Corresponding Functional Rooms (Including Seminar Rooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Office Rooms, Fitness And Physiotherapy Rooms) And, On The Other Hand, The Construction Of An Additional Space With A Roof In The Form Of A Cold Air Hall. To Finance The Project, The Ewmg Is Receiving Grants From The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia In Accordance With The Framework Directive For The Implementation Of The Coal Regions Investment Act (Invkg). The Planning Services For The Technical Building Equipment Required For The Construction Of The Sports School In Accordance With Section 53 Paragraph 2, Section 55 Paragraph 3 In Conjunction With Annex 15.1 Hoai (Tga Planning Services) Were Previously Provided By A Planning Company. The Engineering Contract With This Company Was Not Continued. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Award Of A Contract For Technical Building Planning Services For The New Building Of The Sports School Of The National Hockey Training Center. The Existing Tga Planning Services Are At An Advanced Stage Of Service Phase 5 According To Section 53 Paragraph 2, Section 55 Paragraph 3 In Conjunction With Appendix 15.1 Hoai. The Order Therefore Includes Both The Assumption Of The Existing Planning Services, Their Updating And, If Necessary, Correction As Well As The Continuation Of The Tga Planning Services In Service Phases 5 To 9 In Accordance With Section 53 Paragraph 2, Section 55 Paragraph 3 In Conjunction With Appendix 15.1 Hoai And The Basic Services And The Special Services. If Further Or Different Planning Services From Service Phase 3 Are Required, These Are Also Included In The Order.
