The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Health Care For Employees Of Poczta Polska S.A., Provided With Hr Services By The Regional Department Of The Human Resources And Payroll Office In Wrocław, In The City Of Wałbrzych And The Surrounding Area. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Preventive Health Care For The Employees Of Poczta Polska S.A., After Requesting Preventive Examinations, In Particular In The Scope Of: 1) Carrying Out Preventive Examinations Of Employees: Initial, Periodic And Control Examinations Provided For In The Labor Code In Accordance With The Methodological Guidelines For Carrying Out Preventive Examinations Of Employees Specified In The Regulation Of May 30, 1996. (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 607, As Amended), As Well As Other Additional Tests Ordered By The Doctor Conducting The Examination, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 2) Conducting Psychological Examinations For Operating Motorized Forklift Trucks Used In Internal Transport (Forklifts), 3) Conducting Medical And Psychological Examinations Of Persons Applying For Entry Or Having Entry On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Workers, 4) Conducting Medical And Psychological Examinations Of Drivers Driving Vehicles Up To 3.5 Tons And Above. 3.5 Tons; 5) Conducting Medical Examinations For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes; 6) Issuing Medical Certificates Confirming The Lack Of Health Contraindications To Work In A Specific Position Or Health Contraindications To Work In A Specific Position In Accordance With Applicable Templates, 7) Monitoring The Health Of Employees, In Particular In Order To Identify Possible Occupational Diseases, As Well As The Causes Of Accidents At Work, 8) Initiating Activities To Protect And Promote Employees Health And Providing Assistance In Their Implementation, 9) Maintaining And Storing Medical Documentation In The Field Of Preventive Health Care In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 10) Participation Of An Occupational Medicine Doctor In The Work Of The Companys Occupational Health And Safety Committee. During The Term Of The Contract, The Subject Of The Order Will Be Approximately 834 Services/Research For Employees Of Poczta Polska S.A. And Candidates For Work At Pp S.A.
