The Ordering Party Has The Option Of Exercising The Option Right To Increase The Quantity Of Equipment Ordered Under The Basic Order, On The Terms And In The Manner Described Below: 1) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Ordering Contractors Of The Order Under The Option Right, Within The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Basic Order Referred To In Chapter Iv Point 1, By Electronically Submitting To The Contractor An Appropriate Declaration Of Will To Activate The Option, Specifying The Quantity And Type Of Equipment Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) The Value Of The Equipment Ordered Under The Option Right Will Be Consistent With The Unit Prices Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 3) Deadline For Completion Of The Order Covered By The Option Right: Up To 90 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. In Each Case Where These Standards Are Indicated In The Content Of The Swz, Including In The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Understood That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
